Interactive Apps
Seven Shiny applications covering data analysis, visualization and modelling. Each one ships inside its own R package and runs locally — there is no hosted copy to sign up for, and nothing to install beyond the package itself.
Apps that were previously hosted in the browser are no longer available, and there is no replacement host. Every app below runs on your own machine with R installed. Copy the two lines, paste them into the console, and the app opens.
Regression and modelling
olsrr
Linear regression
Interactive regression output, diagnostics and variable selection.
Interactive diagnostics for a fitted lm model.
install.packages("olsrr")
olsrr::ols_launch_app()blorr
Logistic regression
Model fit, validation and collinearity for binary outcomes.
The glm equivalent of the olsrr app.
install.packages("blorr")
blorr::blr_launch_app()Statistics and distributions
descriptr
Descriptive statistics
Data screening, summary statistics, frequency and cross tables.
A visual front end to the descriptr functions.
install.packages("descriptr")
descriptr::ds_launch_shiny_app()inferr
Hypothesis testing
t tests, chi square, binomial and proportion tests, interactively.
Choose the test, pick the columns, read the result.
install.packages("inferr")
inferr::ifr_launch_shiny_app()Also exported
inferr exports a second launcher under a longer name, infer_launch_shiny_app(). It is the same app; ifr_launch_shiny_app() is used here for consistency with the other packages.
Everything in one app
xplorerr bundles the whole set behind a single install, and adds a visualizer the other packages do not have. If you are not attached to a particular package, start here.
xplorerr
All seven apps
Descriptive, inferential, visual, RFM, linear and logistic — one package, one install.
Seven launchers. Each opens its own app window.
install.packages("xplorerr")
xplorerr::app_linear_regression() # linear
xplorerr::app_logistic_regression() # logistic
xplorerr::app_descriptive() # descriptive
xplorerr::app_inference() # inference
xplorerr::app_vistributions() # distributions
xplorerr::app_rfm_analysis() # segmentation
xplorerr::app_visualizer() # visualizerWhich launcher should I use?
Both routes work and reach the same apps. The difference is who owns them.
Option A
One install, seven apps
Install xplorerr and call any app_*() function. Nothing else to install.
Best if you want the visualizer, or several apps at once.
Option B
The owning package
Install the package that owns the app and call its own launcher.
Best if you already use that package for its non-interactive functions.
